A reminder that Comoradh ’16 will meet at 7pm on this Thursday, January 28, at BCB. This is a crucial meeting and I would ask everyone to try and attend.

Dear Friends at Bradford Irish
I would be grateful for your advice if possible. I am researching an Irish family who were living in Bradford from the late 1850s onwards. Their two sons, born in Bradford, received the names Leinster and Ulster, which seems to have been most unusual. Would this indicate a nostalgia for the regions they came from or would there be something more political/religious at play? Your thoughts on this would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks.
Good afternoon,
We are writing to invite you, your friends and families to celebrate director Callum Macrae’s latest documentary about the Ballymurphy Massacre.
We are hosting multiple screenings in cinemas both in Ireland and the UK. We wanted to make sure those who may have a connection to this event or are interested in finding out the truth were made aware.
If you are interested in attending one of these screenings or even host a screening yourself and want to find out more please feel free to contact us directly at screenings@dartmouthfilms.com or visit the film’s website http://www.theballymurphyprecedent.com.
Our kindest regards,
Dartmouth Films
